ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1 Day to process your order. Expect an email within 1 Day to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP

Orders can be picked up daily, ready in 4 hours from your purchase via Store Pick Up method. A confirmation email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup and show it to our staff for redemption.

DOMESTIC FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Your order will be processed and  shipped within 1 Day using JNE delivery REG (Arrival of order is usually within 2-5 Days, depending on your location). Flat rate shipping fee of  Rp 25,000 applies to all orders within Indonesia.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping with Worldwide destination (Except Israel) using DHL Express (3 Business Days) your shipping fee will be calculated upon checkout 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. You Know... Store  is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at order.youknowstore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. 

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
