Photographer Ryan Maldonado spent three years documenting the Los Angeles graffiti scene, culminating in his first photo book, STINGERS.
In STINGERS, Los Angeles becomes a massive canvas for writers moving through the city after dark. Quiet riverbeds, abandoned warehouses, and empty streets are transformed into stages for spontaneous, colorful, and highly energetic acts of painting.

A release event was held in early May at Fucking Awesome in Hollywood, where copies of STINGERS and custom fire extinguisher bags were available for purchase.
